Shipping and Returns

We are thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to be in business and to bring our customers finely crafted moleskin goods. Part of our business model is selling exclusively online. That allows us to offer our customers high quality apparel at a fair price. To give our customers every opportunity to experience our products, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 and free shipping on all returns*.

*Currently we only offer free shipping on orders and returns for customers in the lower 48.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
We offer free UPS Ground for shipping to lower 48 states for orders over $100.00.
Where do you ship?
We are a small, growing company. As a result we are only shipping to valid addresses in United States. We currently do not ship to U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. If you are a customer residing internationally and interested in submitting an order, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and let us know. We promise we'll do our best to meet your needs.
I live in Alaska or Hawaii, how much will shipping cost me?
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, the cost of shipping will vary based on order value and weight and will calculate during the checkout process. Our shipping vendors offer us a discounted rate, which is passed directly to the customer. As we grow, our goal is to expand our free shipping and free return shipping to customers in Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Customers can choose to have their order shipped using UPS 3 Day Select, however this shipping method is not included in the free shipping policy.
When can I expect my order?
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
We fulfill and ship orders approximately 1-3 business days from when your order is submitted. Once UPS has picked up your package, you will receive an email and tracking information will become available.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns on all orders submitted within 60 days of order date. Products must be in salable condition. Non-salable items cannot be returned. We refund 100% of the value of products returned.
I am a customer from the lower 48 states, will I be charged for return shipping?
No, in order to provide our customers a risk-free opportunity to try on our high quality products, we offer free return shipping on all orders for customers in the lower 48 states.
I am a customer from Alaska or Hawaii, will I be charged for return shipping?
Unfortunately as a small business we cannot support free return shipping for customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Returns from Alaska/Hawaii will be charged a $10 return fee.
Do you refund shipping costs?
We do not refund the cost of shipping because we offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states.
What is the return process?
- Click to access Customer Return Portal
- Submit order number and email address associated with order.
- Select products your are returning.
- For each product, select reason for return and the quantity you are returning.
- Print label
- Pack products in box. We recommend using the same box products arrived in.
- Apply label and ship.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear. Funds might appear in the form of a reversal, in which case the original charge will no longer appear.
